We are now seeking an

experienced Insurance Broker

to join our team. This is a full?time position based primarily in the office, with the option of a hybrid arrangement when required.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional with:

Licensing

: Licensed Insurance Broker in New Brunswick (or eligible to obtain licensing)

Industry Experience

: Minimum 3-5 years of brokerage experience in personal and/or commercial insurance

Client Service Skills

: Proven ability to manage client portfolios, assess coverage needs, and provide tailored solutions

Technical Knowledge

: Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Sales & Business Development

: Track record of generating new business, maintaining renewals, and meeting sales targets

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex policies clearly

Technology Proficiency

: Comfortable using brokerage management systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Professional Attributes

: Detail?oriented, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of industry designations such as

CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker)

or

CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional)

Bilingual proficiency in

English and French

Experience with specialized insurance lines (e.g., marine, farm, or commercial property) Established network of client relationships in New Brunswick Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior brokers or contributing to team development
