Job Description

We are a multidisciplinary physiotherapy and wellness clinic committed to providing high-quality patient care through physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy, and osteopathy. As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

to join our team and support our administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process insurance claims for physiotherapy and related healthcare services accurately and in a timely manner. Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments. Submit claims electronically and follow up on unpaid or denied claims. Communicate with insurance providers, patients, and healthcare practitioners regarding billing inquiries. Maintain accurate patient billing records and ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations. Manage payments received through POS terminal, cheques, and e-transfers. Provide administrative support to front desk staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance billing within healthcare/physiotherapy or medical clinic setting is preferred. Knowledge of healthcare billing software and OHIP/extended health insurance claim processes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
