about this team



The insurance team at lululemon is responsible for managing the corporate insurance program, broker relationships, annual renewals, claims handling, insurance compliance, and proofs of insurance. The team also responds to a wide range of internal requests for additional insurance coverage related to productions, special events, and pop-up activations. Supporting cross-functional teams on a global scale, the Insurance team plays a critical role in protecting the business and supporting key strategic initiatives.



core responsibilities



We're seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Analyst to support the insurance team at lululemon, with a focus on claims. This role involves assisting with daily insurance tasks, claims submissions, progress tracking, compliance, and analyzing insurance claims data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Report all new claims to our insurance broker Assist with the preparation of insurance claims, gathering data and all other important information relating to each claim. Track and review claims data with management on a regular basis. Monitor incident reports and CCTV footage relating to claims or potential claims. Generate reports on claims metrics and support process improvements. Maintain the insurance claims playbook, as used by internal stakeholders This role supports the corporate globally

qualifications

Experience working in the insurance industry (claims, broker, or compliance etc.) Completion of CRM, CIP or other related designation or education considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

compensation and benefits package



lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team?performance. The?typical hiring range for this position is from?$66,000 - $86,600 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
