policy servicing, client support, and administrative coordination

personal and commercial insurance lines

What You'll Do
Provide day-to-day service support for existing insurance clients
Process policy changes, including
endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
Assist with
renewals, documentation, and follow-ups
with insurers and underwriters.
Maintain accurate notes and records in the
brokerage management system
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a
professional and timely manner
Support the sales and underwriting teams as required
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in an
insurance brokerage or insurance office
is preferred
Alberta General Insurance Licence
(or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
