The insurance sales role is one of the most important roles in our company as you will help grow and build our business and relationships with our clients. Our goal is to help our clients save money on their home, auto and business insurance and then help those clients utilize those savings to allow them to build their wealth and protect their lifestyle. Our company offers our clients access to a number of Certified Financial Planners for free so that our clients can realize their dreams and obtain financial freedom.



We need your help to grow our office in Kingsville, and help more clients build their wealth, achieve their dreams and reach financial freedom!

Requirements:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Proactive in problem-solving Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills The ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision Strong analytical and negotiation skills Proficient skill with computer applications including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Meet all provincial-licensing requirements in accordance with continuing education in order to obtain and maintain all licenses. You are required to have a valid driver's license and insurance. You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

Nice to have:

General Insurance license A Life license is an asset. Insurance industry experience. Financial Service Sales Experience Possess in-depth knowledge of auto and property insurance products and strong underwriting skills. French, German and/or Spanish-speaking would be an asset.

What to expect:

Training Period:


The training period will take place in Kingsville, Ontario at our established office. Training may require travel to London or Aurora for product training, with expenses and accommodations paid for The training period will conclude in between 1 - 3 months from start date depending on experience.

Post-Training


After the training period has concluded the successful candidate will become responsible for: + Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
+ Follow up on Online leads and inbound calls
+ Cold call, and door to door marketing in targeted neighbourhoods in Kingsville, Windsor and Essex County -
- Goal is to quote 125 new households per month
+ Cold call and cold walk into local small business establishments in targeted Kingsville, Windsor and Essex County areas and quote business insurance
+ Use the proven sales process learned in training to pivot new insurance leads to our financial planning department
+ Pivoting leads to our financial planning department (One of the most important aspects to the job)

After Training the successful candidate will have 3 months to work up to sales goals

Compensation Package

Total Compensation 60,000 -150K+ Salary (depending on experience and pre-existing credentials and licenses) Commission (sliding scale 1%-10% of first-year premium) Bonuses (annual) Paid Training Paid licensing Benefits Paid Vacation time Travel Bonus Paid continuing education
