We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in understanding their insurance needs. You will leverage your sales skills to negotiate and market various insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their specific requirements. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze client situations effectively.
Duties
Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks. Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and product offerings. Ability to analyze information critically and make informed recommendations based on client needs.
Experience
Previous industry experience in Insurance customer service is preferred..
