Insurance Advisor
This is a remote role focusing on managing the retention of Personal Insurance policies for Western Coast Clients. The emphasis is delivering amazing customer experiences through the renewal calling process. This role will require a high degree of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, and a demonstratable ability to build strong customer relationships.
Here is what a typical day looks like

• Assist customers with their daily insurance needs via phone, in person and by email
• With retention targets in mind, you will be expected to review coverages, limits, and exclusions and make recommendations based on client’s individual needs.
• You will also be expected to update client information and policy details in applicable systems as necessary.
• You will be required through active listening to resolve potential issues with renewals and identify gaps in coverage
• You will be required to process payments, make necessary changes to renewals, and offer additional products and services.
• You must be able to meet all necessary processing standards and notes to file requirements as required by Western Coast Insurance and follow best practices and standards.

The value you bring

• Must have a level 1 Insurance license and be eligible to obtain a Level 2 as this position is remote.
• Experience achieving sales targets individual and as a team
• Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs as once
• Preferred understanding of policy wordings/coverages
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
