About the Role:



Are you a driven and enthusiastic team player with a talent for sales? We are seeking a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Broker. This dynamic role involves everything from crafting new policies to addressing client inquiries. A solid understanding of marketing platforms is essential for success in this position.

What You'll Do:



? Develop and implement creative sales strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.

? Provide personalized policy options and accurate quotes tailored to each client's unique needs.

? Thoroughly review existing policies, ensuring accuracy and offering recommendations for enhancements.

? Deliver outstanding customer service for inquiries related to billing, claims, and policy changes.

? Maintain precise and up-to-date client records in our databases.

? Foster a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, and professional excellence.

What We're Looking For:



BC General Insurance Level 2 License (mandatory). At least 2 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance. Strong knowledge of insurance products. Exceptional communication, time management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Certifications such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM are highly valued and a great asset.
