to join our growing team.
No experience? No problem! We are willing to provide training to the right candidates! We will also help candidates with the registration process for the Life Insurance Qualification Program (LLQP). The LLQP license is required to sell life insurance products. We offer a highly competitive commission structure.
We are seeking proactive and knowledgeable
Insurance Advisors
to guide clients through selecting the best insurance policies for their needs. You will build strong client relationships, offer expert advice on a variety of insurance products (life, critical illness, health and dental, travel insurance, etc.), and help clients make informed decisions. We are also looking for candidates that are new to the industry and are interested in learning about life insurance products. The candidate will also offer expert advice on investments that are covered under the LLQP license, such as Segregated Funds and Annuities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify clients' insurance needs through consultations and needs analysis.
Recommend suitable insurance products and explain coverage options.
Assist clients with applications, renewals, and claims processes.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide regular policy reviews.
Stay current on insurance industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
Meet or exceed sales and service performance targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance sales, financial advising, or a customer-facing role preferred.
Valid LLQP Life Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-driven.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.

The pay range shown is just an estimate of what an advisor can make based on industry standards.
