Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Insurance Advisor / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Strathroy. This is a full-time, in-office position -- perfect for someone who thrives in a friendly, member-focused environment and wants to contribute to a well-established local business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to new and existing members

Quote and sell personal and/or commercial insurance products

Process policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries

Maintain accurate and organized records

Work collaboratively with our small team to support member retention and growth

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

High school diploma

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Proficient with computers and basic office software

Willing to obtain OTL or Covert from RIBO within 3 months

Preferred:

Valid OTL or RIBO licence

Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Insurance

Previous experience in an insurance agency or related field

Familiarity with the town of Strathroy and surrounding community
