Job Description
DescriptionOur Surrey based real estate client is seeking a permanent Insurance Administrator to join the team.**Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 - $70,000**Benefits:

- Coordinate and process insurance claims related to property damage, liability, or other incidents
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, brokers, contractors, and tenants to gather required documentation and keep claims progressing
- Track and follow up on open claims to ensure timely resolution and reporting
- Maintain detailed records of claims, supporting documentation, and claim outcomes
- Assist with compiling claim summaries and analysis reports for management review
- Ensure that insurance policies and coverage align with property and lease requirements
- Support insurance renewal processes
- Collaborate with property managers to collect incident details, prepare claim reports, and support claim-related inquiries
- Previous experience in insurance administration
- Knowledge of commercial property insurance practices is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
