Responsibilities:

Use a customer centric approach to provide wow factor servicing for our clients exisiting insurance plans. Effectively communicating Insurance products to clients. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness.

Requirements:

General Level 1 Insurance License 1 year experience in the insurance industry (preferred) Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic Diligent and hardworking Proactive in problem solving
