Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Insulator helper to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation systems in commercial and residential buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, blueprint reading, and the use of hand tools. The Insulator plays a vital part in ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met across various projects.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install insulation materials according to project specifications and blueprints Use hand tools such as caulking guns, knives, and other construction tools to perform installations accurately Read and interpret blueprints to determine insulation requirements and placement Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure insulation is properly secured and airtight Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate installation schedules and ensure safety compliance Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly
Legally allowed to work in Canada

Can work 3 times a week preferrable Wednesday to Saturday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
