Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Blown-In Insulation Machine Operator to run our blowing equipment on residential and commercial projects. The operator controls material feed, air settings, and production rates to ensure efficient and high-quality installs.

Responsibilities:



Operate blowing machine safely and efficiently (fiberglass) Control material feed, air pressure, and hose output Monitor hoseman progress and communicate during installs Load material, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot machine blockages Perform daily truck and equipment checks Keep detailed job notes on depth, material used, and production Maintain a clean and organized truck Follow all health & safety guidelines

Requirements:



Experience operating blown-in insulation equipment (preferred) Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting Ability to lift and load 30-40 lb bags repeatedly Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's licence Ability to work efficiently on fast-paced job sites WAH WHMIS

What We Offer:



Competitive wages (operator-level pay)
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Work Location: On the road
