Job Overview
Little Rock Builders and Little Rock Manufacturing are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying insulation materials to various structures, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort within buildings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with various tools and materials. The Insulator will collaborate closely with other construction professionals to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Duties
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine insulation requirements. Apply insulation materials to walls, ceilings, and floors. Use caulking to seal gaps and joints in structures to enhance energy efficiency. Install vapour barriers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Participate in other construction activities as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in insulation installation or related construction fields is preferred. Familiarity with caulking techniques and materials used in insulation applications. Spray Foam Installer Certification not required but considered an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
