Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
- Apply insulation using various techniques such as stapling, taping, or gluing
- Seal gaps and cracks with caulk or other sealants to prevent air leaks
- Install vapor barriers to control moisture levels
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in insulation installation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insulation installation is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting insulation materials
- Familiarity with hand tools used in insulation installation
