Insualtion Helper
Job Description
The insulation helper job is mainly comprised of loading 30lb insulation bags into a machine. The helper will also be required to help with setup and tear down at each house. The helper will be working with 1 other person, the installer. Blowing insulation into attics of new homes is the primary job for our company. The helper loads the machine outside while the installer blows the attics. This role can be transitioned to installer in time if so desired. First 2 weeks pay will be at $20 an hour. After we have deemed you are a good fit (3rd week of working) you will be bumped to $23 an hour full time salary. If we work less then a full 37.5 you will still be paid for the full 37.5. If we work more, more compensation can be applicable. Typical days range from 7am-2/3pm. The main thing I am looking for in an employee is someone who can show up each and every day (besides extreme circumstances), we are a small company so we must be strict on attendance. 2 weeks paid vacation or paid in lieu of vacation, 3 weeks notice required for vacation planning. Very easy job that requires some lifting but other then that a fairly easy $23 an hour. Profit sharing possible after 1 year.
