The Instrumentation Technician must be responsible for operating and maintaining the laboratory equipment/machine used in the production process.

Responsibilities:



Label and inspect products Assembly of kits including all step required (foam, ice, box, etc.) Receive merchandise; check and sign delivery slips; assist with unloading as needed. Unpack merchandise and verify the quality and quantity against supporting documents. Participate in taking inventory; organize and maintain storage areas; ensure the area is secure at all times. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with production requirements and company policies. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to operational changes or needs. Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair instruments and control systems used in industrial settings. Maintain and enhance product quality by making necessary adjustments in accordance with established quality standards. Completes forms and prepares quality control documentation. Document activities and promptly report discrepancies, malfunctions, or performance issues. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly. Promote a safe and clean working environment by following safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the laboratory and packaging areas. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support continuous improvement initiatives and overall production efficiency. Any other duties assigned to maintain the proper functioning of the organization.

Qualifications



High school diploma or GED Excellent communications skills to maintain positive relationships with others Good attention to details Strong problem-solving abilities Prior experience as a machine operator in manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus

Additional Information



Full-time, 40 hours per week 8-12-hour work shift Availability: Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
