Position Overview

JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Instrumentation Technician to provide reliable, timely, efficient support to a Facility team. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the Facility team and the successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.

What this job involves:

• Perform maintenance and repair on client equipment and facilities systems
• Collaborate to the safety-first culture by using safe work practices timely training, best practices
• Resolve issues at site, communicating and escalating to the site Maintenance Manager
• Adhere to site and portfolio goals and values
• Initiate purchase order requests for goods and services for the site, as per contractual Scope of Work (SoW)
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on-site to deliver quality work
• Meet training due dates to ensure compliance, readiness and competency
• Drive and promote safety culture including subcontractors, suppliers and visitors
• Work with the Maintenance Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services (SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s)
• Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services
• Support the Maintenance Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client as requested.
• Assist and support site projects for the client
• Insure to meet plan/goals as identified by the Maintenance Manager
• Collaborate to a strong collaborative team-based environment
• Ensure compliance with JLL minimum operational audit and safety standards
• Propose best practices in the interest of exceeding client goals and expectations
