T\xc3\xa2ches principales et Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s / Major duties and responsibilities:

• V\xc3\xa9rifie et fait l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9talonnage des instruments.
• Cr\xc3\xa9e et maintient \xc3\xa0 jour les IET (Instructions d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9talonnage); bas\xc3\xa9 sur les connaissances techniques, les besoins d\xe2\x80\x99utilisation, l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience et/ou les sp\xc3\xa9cifications du fabricant.
• Planifie les t\xc3\xa2ches d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9talonnage.
• Ex\xc3\xa9cute l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9talonnage selon l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ancier pr\xc3\xa9vu.
• Ex\xc3\xa9cute les t\xc3\xa2ches d\xe2\x80\x99entretien pr\xc3\xa9ventif et correctif.
• S\xe2\x80\x99assure de documenter avec d\xc3\xa9tail ses activit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99entretien et de changement tel que sp\xc3\xa9cifi\xc3\xa9 par les proc\xc3\xa9dures.
• Compl\xc3\xa8te les rapports d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9talonnage selon les r\xc3\xa9sultats obtenus.
• Documente tous les demandes de changement et les d\xc3\xa9viations selon les proc\xc3\xa9dures en vigueur et participe aux investigations afin d\xe2\x80\x99identifier la cause principale et les correctifs lorsque n\xc3\xa9cessaire.
• Fait le suivi sur les t\xc3\xa2ches planifi\xc3\xa9es afin de respecter le calendrier mensuel.
• Produit les rapports d\xe2\x80\x99analyse et de mesure KPI lorsque requis.
• Coordonne les activit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99entretien support\xc3\xa9es par les entreprises de service externes incluant le syst\xc3\xa8me d\xe2\x80\x99acc\xc3\xa8s, la revue et l\xe2\x80\x99approbation des rapports d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9talonnage.
• Assiste le groupe d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie dans l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration et ex\xc3\xa9cution des projets.
• Assiste le groupe de validation dans la r\xc3\xa9daction et l\xe2\x80\x99ex\xc3\xa9cution des protocoles de validation.
• Maintien l\xe2\x80\x99identification des \xc3\xa9quipements/instruments en conformit\xc3\xa9.
• Met en pratique les r\xc3\xa8gles de sant\xc3\xa9-s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et environnement.
• Communique la r\xc3\xa9ception des services au niveau comptable.

AM\xc3\x89LIORATION CONTINUE / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Soutien l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue par l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation d\xe2\x80\x99outils d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration efficace des actions \xc3\xa0 valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s de supervision ou de gestion / Supervisory or managerial responsibilities:

• Coordonne les activit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99entretien effectu\xc3\xa9es par les entreprises de service externes.

\xc3\x89ducation / Education:

DEP/DEC en instrumentation et contr\xc3\xb4le ou acquis acad\xc3\xa9miques et exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente associ\xc3\xa9e au domaine pharmaceutique.

Certificat de qualification en \xc3\xa9lectricit\xc3\xa9 d\xc3\xa9livr\xc3\xa9 par emploi Qu\xc3\xa9bec ou connaissances suffisantes acquises dans le domaine \xc3\xa9lectrique.

Exp\xc3\xa9rience / Experience:

• \xc3\x89talonnage d\xe2\x80\x99instrumentation et/ou automatisation industrielle.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
