Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join our

engineering team. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and

maintenance of instrumentation, automation, and control systems across our operations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in PLC programming, industrial automation,

and process control, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems in a fast-paced

environment.

Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and implement instrumentation and control systems for manufacturing and process equipment.

? Program, configure, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related automation systems.

? Select, calibrate, and maintain sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and other instrumentation devices.

? Develop and maintain control logic, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and documentation.

? Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot control system issues to minimize downtime.

? Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to integrate automation solutions.

? Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.

? Support commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and systems.

? Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, automation upgrades, and cost reductions.

Skills

? Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics related field.

? 3-7 years of experience in instrumentation, controls, or automation engineering (industrial/manufacturing preferred).

? Strong hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar).

? Experience with SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,350.53-$100,790.80 per year
