We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team to teach Microsoft Office and literacy skills to adults. This role requires strong communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, creativity, and the ability to engage students effectively. The Instructor will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience and ensuring that students achieve their learning objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Facilitate classroom discussions and activities that encourage student participation and critical thinking. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and collaboration among students. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and contribute to curriculum development. Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching strategies into lessons. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns.

Experience

Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for teaching is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to students of varying ages and backgrounds. Familiarity with educational technology and tools that enhance learning experiences is a plus. A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices. Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
