Responsibilities

:

Develop and deliver engaging course material in both classroom and online settings. Customize teaching content to meet client-specific needs and ensure thorough understanding. Utilize multimedia presentations and technology to enhance the learning process. Grade assignments promptly and track student progress, contributing to detailed progress reports. Conduct yourself professionally and maintain punctuality, arriving 10 minutes before each class. Provide constructive feedback on course content and student performance. Actively participate in meetings, training, and professional development workshops. Communicate regularly with the Department Head and respond promptly to business communications.

Qualifications

:

Responsible and reliable in teaching performance Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Tutoring experience is an asset but not required. Fluency in English; Mandarin is an asset. Undergraduate degree in a relevant field. Teamwork / Collaboration (address team's requests / student requests)
