Centre-Based and Community-Based Sessions
- offering variety and experience.
Position Overview:
Work Monday to Friday, providing therapy to children and youth during morning, afternoon, and some evening sessions.
Flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.
Paid travel time and mileage for clients seen in home or community.
Sessions take place in a mix of home-based, centre-based, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 therapy to clients across home, centre, and community settings.
Collect session data and maintain organized program documentation.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and case reviews.
Support clinical goals by preparing materials and maintaining program binders.
Complete clinical session notes for each service hour provided.
Provide occasional coverage for one-to-one sessions when needed.
Review and maintain familiarity with client consent forms and treatment plans.
Senior Therapist Additional Responsibilities:
Complete monthly client progress reports.
Assist in staff onboarding and clinical training.
Support program development, reassessments, and treatment planning.
Attend multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications:
Clinical or educational background in Applied Behaviour Analysis is an asset but not required.
College diploma or university degree in a related field (Psychology, ABA, Child & Youth Studies, Autism & Behavioural Sciences, etc.)
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 6 months).
Valid G-class driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle and $2M liability insurance. (Some transportation of clients may be required.)
