Position: Instructor Therapist (ABA) - CONTRACT - Full-Time

Location:

In-person - Cambridge, ON (N1R 0E3)

Pay:

$24-$28 per hour

Job Type:

Contract | Full-Time (8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday)
Some flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed

. Our team of BCBAs, Early Childhood Educators, and parents is dedicated to evidence-based, compassionate care that celebrates every child's unique potential.

What You'll Do

Deliver 1:1 therapy aligned with individualized ABA programs Use tools like ABLLS, VB-MAPP, and ESDM to support progress Collect and analyze data, maintain documentation, and communicate with families Prepare session materials and support parent coaching Collaborate with the team and attend case conferences Uphold professional and ethical standards of care

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Behavioral Psychology, Autism & Behavioral Science, or related field Experience supporting children and youth with Autism or developmental needs (an asset) Strong communication and interpersonal skills CPR, First Aid & CPI training Vulnerable Sector Screening Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office Be eligible to work in Canada
