Job Description

Looking to grow our team of full time instructors.

The successful candidate will be a quick learner with excellent public speaking skills, have a background or experience in the construction industry and with occupational health and safety training, and be bilingual. (English and French) additional languages are a benefit.

Training will be provided in the form of train-the-trainer education, instructor shadowing, and co-instructor sessions. Experience working within the construction, or workplace safety industry is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruct classes through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and hands-on equipment training Prepare, administer, and mark evaluations Organize, file, and submit participant records in a timely manner Participate in instructor training on an ongoing basis
Qualifications

Proficient in Windows Operating system, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Classroom Knowledge of the Occupation Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Construction Projects Present Train the Trainers, or Instructor Certifications are an asset

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
