Position: Instructor - Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT)



We are currently seeking an instructor to support our newest program.

Required Qualifications:



Minimum

5 years of practical experience

in an MDRT role within a hospital or clinical operative setting CSA (Canadian Standards Association) approved Medical Device Reprocessing Technician Active membership in good standing with

CAMDR

(Canadian Association of Medical Device Reprocessing) and/or

MDRAO

(Medical Device Reprocessing Association of Ontario) preferred Hands-on experience in medical device reprocessing

Additional Skills:



Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to assess and evaluate students in both classroom and practicum settings Ability to instruct in-person and during student placements Experience preparing students for the CSA MDRT exam Exemplary professionalism and networking skills Training or teaching experience (asset) Adult education certification (asset)
