The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in for a

Medical and Dental Office

program and fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Facilitate classroom discussions and activities that promote critical thinking and student participation. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing timely feedback. Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and share resources. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and concerns.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students. Ability to engage students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment. Familiarity with educational technology tools to enhance instruction. Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning and student assessments efficiently. A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
