AAA Safety and Field Services is currently seeking a dedicated

Local Instructor

to facilitate engaging and informative classroom training sessions for intercompany and industry-specific courses. This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends, as well as occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led training sessions, both in group settings and one-on-one, ensuring comprehensive coverage and understanding of course materials. Build strong relationships with adult learners and clients, providing support throughout their training experience. Adhere strictly to course content preparation and delivery guidelines outlined in the instructor course certification process (Train the Trainer) and AAA Safety and Field Services training policies. Maintain and inventory training materials and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use. Provide constructive feedback to enhance course content and delivery methods, improving overall participant satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to operate classroom assets such as audiovisual equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to task completion. Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills. A professional demeanor always representing AAA Safety and Field Services. Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience. Current certifications to instruct courses (e.g., H2S Alive, CSO, H2S blended) must be valid at the time of application.

Required Certifications & Training:

H2S Alive, CSO Standard First Aid / CPR Valid Clean Driver's License Successful completion of AAA Train the Trainer program upon hire

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
