Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping participants achieve their goals. As a Program Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in accordance with our program objectives, while also providing support and guidance to participants.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with program goals and participant needs. Facilitate engaging instructional sessions that promote active participation and learning. Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and respect among participants. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and participant progress. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve program content and delivery methods. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience in teaching or facilitating programs is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes is a plus. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.97-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
