Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive program curriculum to participants
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials that align with program objectives
- Facilitate group activities, discussions, and exercises to enhance learning experience
- Provide guidance and support to participants in achieving program goals
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback on performance
- Collaborate with program team to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and outcomes
Requirements:
- LPN or RN
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Certification or training in a specific area relevant to the program (e.g., CPR, First Aid)
