Develop and teach accounting courses aligned with current academic standards and industry practices.
Create lesson plans, deliver lectures, and facilitate class discussions to enhance learning outcomes.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
Guide students in academic planning and offer insights into accounting career paths.
Update course materials to reflect changes in financial regulations and accounting technology.
Participate in faculty meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year experience in Accounting
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's or CPA highly desirable.
Prior teaching experience in a post-secondary institution or relevant professional accounting experience is preferred
Proficiency in accounting software and applications ( Sage 50 and Quickbooks)
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with online teaching platforms.
