In this role you will:


Curriculum Development: Design and contribute to comprehensive training programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and blended learning solutions tailored to various audiences, including technical, sales, and support teams.

Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities within the organization and work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives.

Evaluation & Feedback: Implement and analyze training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and continuously improve programs based on data-driven insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs), product owners, developers, application engineers, and technical support to translate their knowledge into effective learning experiences.

This role might be right for you if you have/are:



Three to four years of a degree program Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

Experience with multimedia content creation, including video editing and graphic design.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
