We are looking for an enthusiastic

In-Store Sales Associate

to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in finding the right products.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product recommendations and information Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are well-organized Answer customer inquiries and handle exchanges/returns following company policies Assist with inventory management, restocking, and receiving shipments Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and enhance the customer shopping experience

Requirements:

Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting

A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

Mandarin speaking is an asset

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
