YEG Home Comfort is looking for a friendly, energetic, and self-motivated

In-Store Marketing Representative

to be the face of our brand at local

Home Depot

stores in Edmonton. You'll be stationed near our in-store display, striking up conversations with shoppers, educating them on our HVAC services (furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and more), and booking free in-home consultations.

But we're not just looking for someone to stand there -- we want someone who's

excited to bring ideas to life.

Past reps have helped us run fun Saturday "tent events" with BBQs, giveaways, and outdoor setups to draw attention and boost customer engagement. If you're outgoing, creative, and love chatting with people -- this is the gig for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Greet and engage with Home Depot customers in-store Educate shoppers on YEG Home Comfort's HVAC products and services Book leads for in-home consultations with our comfort advisors Help brainstorm and run in-store events (e.g. tent days, promos, giveaways) Maintain a clean, organized and professional-looking display Communicate daily with our head office team

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, approachable personality Comfortable initiating conversation with strangers Independent and self-motivated -- you'll often be working solo Creative mindset -- bonus points if you like marketing or promotions Reliable, on time, and professional Sales or customer service experience is a strong asset
