As a design team member, you will report to the Creative Director, work on client projects, and contribute to the studio\'s creative output.When your actions lead to success.

• Transform Clients\' Marketing Goals: Develop engaging in-store concepts that meet client objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Guide shopper traffic in-store with strategic planning.
• In-store Marketing Materials: Create communication hierarchies to assist shoppers.
• 2D and 3D Design: Combine 2D graphic design with 3D modeling for signage, d\xc3\xa9cor, and fixtures.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Turn opportunities into short-term projects and long-term manufacturing programs.
• Brand Identities: Create brand identities, including name studies, graphic imagery, forms, typography, and standards guides.
• Mood Boards: Assemble mood boards with finishes, materials, and inspirational references.
• Photo Imagery: Curate photo imagery through exploration and recommendations.
• Illustrations: Produce traditional and digital illustrations, including sketches.
• Conceptual Industrial Design: Handle tasks related to conceptual industrial design.
• Marketing Communications: Execute graphic design for marketing materials and infographics.
• Presentations: Deliver presentations that clarify design rationale, including storyboarding and live delivery.

When your expertise drives us.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Experience with Graphic Design Principles and 3D Modeling and Rendering Software (experience with Maxon Cinema 4D is a plus)
• At least 3 years working in professional design for major national retailers.
• Strong communication and people skills are a must, particularly in client-facing exchanges. Leadership temperament and a get-it-done mindset are highly valued.
• A proactive mindset and leadership abilities are important.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques.
