Institutional Equity Sales
Job Description
:
The ideal candidate will be working with the Research, Sales and Trading team within the Securities Division and will bring a creative and exceptional sales approach to the capital markets desk.
Your skills and experience:
A Bachelor's degree in business and or finance
An M.B.A. or C.F.A. would be desirable but not necessary
3-5 years of sales experience covering Canadian institutional from a broad equity standpoint (specific sector expertise in technology and mining nice to have)
Experience transacting in equities in both an agency and principal capacity
Existing relationships with Canadian institutional clients. ( U.S.) Nice to have
Experience with Canadian trading regulations
Completion of CSC, CPH, and Traders Training Course
Series 6 and 63 nice to have ?
Ability to work in a fast - paced environment
A dynamic team member
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
