Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Door & Hardware Installer. This role involves assisting with the installation of doors, frames, and related hardware while supporting other carpenters on-site. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install doors, frames, and architectural hardware according to specifications and project requirements. Maintain and properly care for all tools and equipment provided by the company. Assist other carpenters and tradespeople in daily construction and installation tasks. Learn and practice essential carpentry and finishing skills through on-the-job experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Follow company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a hazard-free job site. Develop leadership and management skills with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

Previous experience in carpentry, door installation, or construction Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of tools, measurements, and construction processes. Reliable transportation to job sites. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
