a member of the Key Auto Group, is seeking a full-time

Installer

to join our team. The Installer supports store operations by installing accessories on vehicles, completing merchandising, and providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and mechanical work.

WHAT YOU OFFER (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES):

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

1-2 years of hands-on experience installing tires or other accessories on vehicles

Attention to Detail:

Strong visual perception and commitment to quality work

Mechanical Aptitude:

Proven ability to understand and perform mechanical tasks with precision

Technical Skills:

Proficient with automotive equipment including hoists, jack stands, and tire balancers. Computer literate and experience using Quickbooks software (preferred).

Work Ethic:

Capable of working independently; Reliable with a strong sense of accountability

WHAT YOU DO (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

Installation of truck caps, tonneau covers, rims, lift kits, LED upgrades, towing hitches and other vehicle accessories Ensure safety and cleanliness of shop Create and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers Ensure all installs are completely correctly and efficiently Participate in ongoing learning and development Follow all safety policies and complete safety training as required Remove, change and balance tires

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Installers are expected to meet key performance indicators related to safety compliance and customer service.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Installers work in a comfortable, well-ventilated shop. Some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required. Occasional exposure to high noise levels. Hearing protection is provided.
