Job Description
Responsibilities
Install, assemble, and set up products, equipment, or materials according to specifications and safety standards.
Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
Ensure all installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Inspect finished work to confirm it meets quality and safety requirements.
Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and properly.
Troubleshoot issues during installation and report any problems or defects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate with supervisors, team members, and customers as needed.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an installer, assembler, or in a related hands-on role (an asset but not always required).
Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, or technical instructions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
Good physical stamina; able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
