Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components and systems, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, carpentry, or related trades to contribute to diverse projects, including flooring, tile laying, plumbing, and more. A strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks Use hand tools and power tools to install flooring, tiles, cabinetry, fixtures, and other building components Perform construction-related tasks such as carpentry, caulking, painting, plumbing, welding, and restoration work as needed Measure spaces precisely and cut materials accordingly to ensure proper fit and finish Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and building codes Assist in the preparation of work sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools before beginning work

Qualifications

Proven experience with construction projects involving flooring installation, tile laying, carpentry, or related trades Proficiency in using hand tools, caulking guns, welding equipment, and other relevant tools Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Knowledge of plumbing systems and construction painting is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods Prior experience with restoration or renovation projects is desirable Certification or training in construction-related fields is advantageous
