Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installer to join our team, responsible for the installation and assembly of various products, including HVAC systems and appliances. This would be ideal for someone with handiman/mixed trade/cabinetry experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to read and interpret manuals. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations that meet safety standards and customer satisfaction. You would also be responsible for coordinating fleet maintenance, ordering and tracking materials and supplies as well as various other related tasks.

Duties

Install and assemble HVAC systems and appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Interpret manuals and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Perform electrical connections and troubleshoot issues as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients ad the office regarding installation processes and keep detailed notes on variances Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations.

Skills

Proficient in reading manuals and technical documentation. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and carpentry Basic electrical skills for safe installation practices. Excellent customer service abilities, ensuring positive interactions with clients. Ability to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting installation challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
