As part of the Customer Success Team, a ZeroKey Technician is responsible for ensuring ZeroKey positioning systems are installed with the highest quality outcomes in mind. This includes following system installation specifications, using safe work practices and employing effective communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in the electrical industry is an asset and a strong interest in IIoT is recommended. Strong interpersonal skills are required as this role connects to internal teams and customers regularly.
Possessing the ability to provide outstanding customer support to users worldwide is a key requirement for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to document support inquiries, assist with customer led deployments, and will excel at maintaining customer relationships.
International travel and irregular work hours are frequently required so a flexible schedule is expected. A history of safe work policies is expected, and current MEWP and Fall Arrest experience and certificates are required.
Experience:
Previous experience as a journeyman in the commercial or industrial electrical industry is an asset.
Field experience in the Structured Cabling industry is required.
A working knowledge of structured cabling standards and best practices is required.
MEWP experience with vertical and boom lifts, along with an impeccable track record of safety.
Extensive experience in a customer facing role requiring project communication timelines and strategy is a requirement.

The Role
As a ZeroKey Deployment and Support Team member, you will be contributing directly to the success of a rapidly growing tech company.
A ZeroKey Technician works closely with internal stakeholders as well as our clients to ensure the safe, timely and meticulous deployment of our technology. This includes:
Assisting with project planning, pre-deployment preparation and post-installation support.
Wiring and component installation in various environments all over the world.
In-house use-case testing and hardware verification.
Perform on-site and remote data collection as part of testing and troubleshooting processes to support customers or internal teams.
Test and analyze the performance of ZeroKey systems internally and on-site.
Support all ZeroKey teams as needed.
