Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated

Installer

to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role involves the installation of agricultural equipment such as ventilation systems, curtain systems and other livestock facility components. The ideal candidate thrives in a physically demanding environment, enjoys problem-solving on the job, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Install agricultural equipment and systems at customer sites, including ventilation and curtain systems. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals. Use hand and power tools to assemble, mount, and install components. Travel to job sites (local and regional) with overnight stays as required. Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. Work closely with installation supervisors, team members, and customers. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company and site-specific safety protocols. Perform routine service and maintenance work as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification an asset. Prior experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or installation (especially in agriculture) preferred. Ability to read technical diagrams and use a variety of tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and in varied weather conditions. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
