We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused, and motivated individual with strong communication skills to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from first interaction to final installation. At Beanfield, we've been delivering world-class service for over 35 years--think 5-star hotel standards in telecom. What you'll be doing:
Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
Install, test, troubleshoot and repair as required to Beanfield standards
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
Ensure the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
Collect "as builds" information in a timely manner
Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
All other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
A valid Ontario Drivers License (G2 or above) is a must-have for the role.
Maintain a high standard of quality while following the employer's safety standards and policies
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
Attention to detail
Excellent time-management skills;
Strong analytical skills to recognize and identify potential problems
Must be able to work shift work.
