About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Installation & Plant Maintenance Assistant to support our installations and ongoing maintenance contracts, while also pitching in with warehouse and production needs.

You'll work closely with our Lead Installer and Chief Operating Officer, learning from experienced leaders while contributing directly to projects across Vancouver and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Installations:

Prepare tools, materials, and vehicle for installation jobs Assist with installing living walls, preserved moss walls, planters, and other biophilic products Ensure a professional, clean finish on every project

Plant Maintenance:

Prepare tools, materials, and vehicle for maintenance visits Assess plant conditions and provide appropriate care Maintain plants in accordance with horticultural best practices

Operational Support:

Assist with warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, and organizing materials Help with production and manufacturing as needed Contribute to inventory counts and general warehouse upkeep

What We're Looking For:

Experience in installations or plant maintenance (with willingness to learn the other) Background in landscaping, horticulture, or construction (asset, not requirement) Skilled with hand tools and comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, moving, packing) Highly organized with strong time management skills Dependable, solutions-driven, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Valid driver's license required
