Wide range of administrative tasks and reception duties
Effectively schedules installation/service teams.
Coordinate with sales to clarify job information if necessary.
Produces work order for technicians
Performs data entry
Follow up with customers
Promptly greets customers and answers inquires in courteous, welcoming manner.
Opens and distributes mail, messages, faxes and emails on a daily basis to whomever involved.
Maintains work area in a professional and tidy manner.
Maintains confidentiality inside and outside of the Company.
Help other office staffs to fulfill their work if they need assistance.
Adheres to company policies including but not limited to professionalism and safety.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
