We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installateur thermopompe to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heat pump systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Install and configure heat pump systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues with existing systems. Ensure all installations are performed safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards. Provide customers with clear explanations of system operations and maintenance requirements. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to heat pump installations.

Skills

Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of heat pump systems and HVAC principles. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations is a plus. A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
