The Role:

This is not your average retail job--it's a hybrid role where your love of fashion, social media, and connecting with people all come together. One moment you'll be styling a customer in-store, the next you'll be filming a try-on reel or hopping on Instagram Live to share new arrivals.

You will:

Become one of the faces of our brand on Instagram (Reels, Stories, Lives, behind-the-scenes). Create fun, engaging, scroll-stopping content that feels authentic and playful. Own the sales floor when you're instore--delivering best in class customer service to every guest and making shopping feel personal, fun, and unforgettable. Bring our community together by bridging online buzz with in-store magic. Share fresh ideas to grow our audience and help women fall in love with our brand.
What We're Looking For

A natural, approachable personality who shines on camera. Passion for fashion, styling, and helping women feel confident. Comfort with Instagram tools (Reels, Lives, Stories, trending audio). Retail or sales experience (a plus, but not required if you have the right energy). Creativity, curiosity, and confidence to try new things.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
