Responsibilities:

Performs duties related to receiving and shipping merchandise

Performs duties related to labeling, inspection and assembling of products

Assembly of kits; including all step required (foam, Ice, box, etc.)

Completes different forms and prepares quality control documents

Receives merchandise. Checks and signs delivery slips. Assists with unloading as necessary

Unpacks merchandise. Verifies the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents

Participates in taking inventory. Maintains storage area, organizes and places stock on shelves. Ensures area is secure at all times

Upkeep of overall cleanliness of laboratory and packaging area

Any other duties assigned to maintain the proper functioning of the organization

Qualifications

Established verbal, written, and organizational skills at an above average level with strong attention to detail;

Ability to work in a very fast-paced team environment and adapt to variable activities.

Knowledge of laboratory safety;

Outstanding organizational and time management skills;

Ability to prioritize day effectively, meet deadlines and multi-task;

Ability to work independently but also a team player;

Good communication, and relationship-building skills;

Flexibility;

Able to work in a strictly confidential and professional manner;

Ability to be proactive and use your initiative;

Leads with integrity and respect.
